Guides that explain licensing, payments or risks are editorial. They are written to the same standards whether or not they help us earn commission.

UK advertising rules

Because this site is aimed at UK readers, we follow the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (the CAP Code) as enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority, including its rules on gambling. In particular we do not suggest that gambling can provide an escape from personal problems, that it is a route to financial security, or that it enhances attractiveness or social standing. We do not target under-18s.
